Ruben Dario Cerna Mendoza[citation needed] (born December 11, 2002)[1] (known online as TheBanappleVideoEffects2002) (also known as Banappler or Banapple2002; TBVE2002 for short) is a popular Ecuadorian logo editor who has been logo editing since 2019. He's known as the Kanal D Japan creator in 2024.
He is the most subscribed and first verified logo editor in Latin America and South America. He is currently the fourth most-subscribed logo editor on YouTube, after iiSharkBus, DevEffects and TheCoolMan78

On February 2, 2025, Banapple departed from the Logo Editing Community after 5 years due to lack of new video & logo series ideas, with the final video to be "Pyramid Films (1978) Effects | Esselte Video (1984) Effects (Extended V7)". Two weeks later, however, he announced his return to uploading logo edits, but would stop doing logo series videos and effect rounds, whilst retaining a permanent profile picture and banner.
