Slow Drain is an effect created by Görkem Baran in 2016 using the Android version of PowerDirector.
Instructions[]
Go to Speed, change speed to 0,50x. If you're on a modern PowerDirector version, disable Keep Pitch.
Go to Effect, and tap Drain. Use the default preset.
