  • G-Major 86's audio effect sounds like Old School.
  • In 2024, people claimed that the effect's first version wasn't named G-Major 86, but rather called as "SadGraySchool", though this is most likely a user's choice. People said its not because of the VideoFX, but they claimed the entirety of its effect is "so unoriginal" and "doesn't recommend VST Effects" that they preferred the second version over the first version.[citation needed]
  • Someone also had changed the effect by their version around May 2024.
