Devil's Blast is an effect created by L15Edition on July 17, 2012. It's also known as the fifth effect from Preview 2 Effects. The effect is primarily made with VEGAS Pro.

- Add the "Red Only" preset of the Channel Blend effect.
- Add the default preset of the TV Simulator and set Line sync to 0.7500.
- If you want it more accurate, Add the Moderate Light Rays preset of the Light Rays effect.
