4ormulator, also known as 4ormulator Vocoder Extreme is an audio plugin that was created by Richard Wolton around 2002-2004 and it's hosted on his website wolton.net. It functions as a virtual audio effect plugin for Windows operating systems, and it's used as a VST plugin and DirectX plugin. The plugin was originally hosted on vocoder-plugins.com. The website is now deleted.
Also this plugin only works on Vegas Pro 19 or Older.
Effect presets[]
4ormulator allows you to choose from 32 different presets by dragging the red circle within the grey circle in the "Effect Selector" section on the left. The right hand side shows a few customizable options such as changing the pitch, volume, etc. There is also an "Edit" button which allows you to customize more options with the sound. However, it doesn't let you save presets or settings, until you have the registered edition. The buttons "File" and "Info" will open a window about the plugin.
